Downhole Sample Transfer Bench
The transfer bench is used to pump downhole reservoir fluid samples from a downhole fluid sampler PDS or the single phase sampler OPS into a piston type sample cylinder for transportation to the P.V.T. Lab for analysis. The pressure of the reservoir fluid is maintained throughout this transfer. After the sample has been transferred, its bubble point pressure may be determined. This allows validation of the sample at the well location.
The bench incorporates a hydraulic pump, valves, precision gauges, connecting hoses, tools and accessories. The Leutert sample transfer bench is smaller and lighter than competitive products and thus makes transportation and handling easier. At the same time the bench is fully compatible with competitive downhole samplers and piston type sample cylinders.
